The MS996 brings together Trimble’s most advanced positioning technologies in a single, construction-grade unit. The Trimble ProPoint RTK Engine delivers faster satellite reacquisition and maintains reliable performance in challenging environments such as urban canyons and areas with heavy tree cover. Simultaneous tracking across GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou constellations, combined with support for Trimble xFill and SBAS systems, ensures positioning continuity even when signal conditions are less than ideal. Practical design details including LED status indicators, a high cycle count single cable connector and USB support mode further reduce setup time and simplify ongoing maintenance.
